Picture frame

I created this picture frame from an spaced weave on the back and rolls on the front for decoration.  There were a few mistakes but since I was creating something new and not going from detailed instruction it didn't turn out too bad.  The rolls are again from my mini phone book.

Menu Wall Hanging.

So in thinking about all our menus and hating searching the entire house for every menu before deciding what we want for take out I decided to create a pocket wall hanging for them.  I created it from circles and colored rolls.  The small ones are from my mini phone book and a For Rent magazine.

Flowers

So I started my projects with making flowers from scrap paper.  I get alot of scrap squares of paper from the children's letter books and I am always trying to find a way to use them instead of throwing them away.  This is what I did.

Circle Weave

I found some interesting videos about weaving with scrap paper rolled.  I tried this with my scrap paper bin.  I used old, broken, used, cd's for the bottom.  Didn't come out too bad but I don't really like it much.

Lila Fencing Wall Hanging

In the middle of making another basket I haven't finished I decided to use some small rolled circles to make a wall hanging for my youngest.  Here is her name,

Then I added a background fencing type.  She painted the letters and I added a few rolls across the back for support like an actual fence would.

This is the fence painted without the letters, we all painted it and it came out all kinds of colors and looked really cool.

Here is it with the letters added.

This is after its hanging on the wall

Square Weave Fencing Two

This is a project I created at work from all my scrap paper rolls.  The string was used to hold the stacks straight as the glue dried.  I liked it so much I kept it.

I added a decoration on the front

Circle Rolling

I found a small size phone book in the trash and rescued it.  I rolled the pages and this was my first basket.

Then I painted it.
